"Be-attitudes"

1/10/2021

I wanted to share with everyone a word from the word. When I read this I saw 4 present day "be - attitudes" that we as believers are commissioned by Holy Spirit to do in this present time that we are going through.
Be "on your guard" - Guard your heart and spirit from the enemies influences.
Be "firm in your faith" - It is time to "stand fast" in our most holy faith.
Be "courageous" - Stay courageous in the word of God.
Be "strong" - That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 1 Corinthians 2:5
Scripture Reference:
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. - 1 Corinthians 16:13

Jesus  silenced  sin  on  the  cross

In a time of prayer a few days back, I heard that still small voice say this.
"Everything you see of sin - I "SILENCED" on the cross and "BREATHED" new life back into you. My last breath was your first breath back to me and my Father.

I do not know where you are at in having a relationship with the Father through our Lord Jesus, but I want to encourage you today to make everything right with God our Father and the Lord Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come to you as one that has sinned against you and now we are asking that you forgive us and let us enter in your presence. Jesus (Yeshua) you are our risen saviour and we ask that you come into our lives that we might be able to breathe again the breath that you restored back to us on the cross. Amen

Let  God  be  the   "God of Your Crossroad".

One of the definitions of "crossroad" is this: a point at which a crucial decision must be made that will have far-reaching consequences.

I want to encourage you this morning, that many of us are at various crossroads in our life. God is wanting to help you in this time of "crucial decisions" that you are making at this point in your life.

Deuteronomy 31:8 says "The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

No matter what the "crucial decision" is that you are faced with today, I encourage you to go to the Father with that decision and trust in Him.

I can only testify from my own walk of faith in Him that God is the God of the Crossroads. Just take time and trust Him for what is concerning you.

Numbers 6:24–26
24  The Lord bless you and keep you;
25  the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26  the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

God  is  calling  his  people  to  repent

God has overlooked our ignorance but now He is sending a command to His people.

Acts 17:30 - “The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.”

Father we ask that you forgive us as your people and we repent before you this day. Lord the day of ignorance over our circumstances and excuses are over and you’re calling us into repentance. Father forgive us and redeem us back into your kingdom. Amen

Pray  to  me  -  says  the  Lord

Psalms 50:15 “Pray to me when you are in trouble! I will deliver you and you will honor me.”
I do not know about you but my faith is being tested and tried in ways now that I have never experienced. I made the statement the other day to someone that we are getting to "practice what we have prayed".

2 Corinthians 4:7-9 says:
7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. 8 We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
It is the "surpassing or (incomparable or outstanding)" power from God that will and has sustained us in times past and now is sustaining us in this present trial that we all are going through.

1 Corinthians 2:5 says,
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says,
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Heavenly Father, I submit my ways to you and I thank you that you make my path straight. I am depending upon your surpassing power to give me wisdom, knowledge, and understanding over all that our world is going through. I trust in you Lord and help me to lean toward your ways which are higher than my way. I put my faith in you and your word and not in the wisdom of men. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

"Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving."          Colossians  2:6-7
